Prepare yourself for an exclusive one night only event as our talented chefs from Nu Bambu and CHP RSL kitchen combine their kitchen prowess to creating a host of culinary delights.

 

Fusing the flavours of the Middle East and South-East Asia, our chefs will present an array of exotic dishes to delight your senses. You’ll also have the choice of pairing exquisite dishes with expertly matched wines from Crush Fine Wines.
